Stone of the Shamans, more precisely, of the Huichols of the Sierra Madre Occidental in the State of Jalisco, Mexico. The Obsidian Mentogochol (or Manta Huichol) draws curls of color, which recalls the visions that the huichols have during their sacred rituals, the vision quests.
